This screening rope mesh is made of 2.5mm diameter 316 stainless steel wire, through double-twisted weaving process, the mesh surface is tightly structured, and its wear resistance is far better than ordinary iron wire screen mesh. It has passed the 1000-hour wear test, and can be used for screening operations of sand, grain and chemical particles for a long time. It complies with FDA food contact standards, can be directly used for material screening in the food industry, without worrying about material pollution. Different mesh sizes can be customized to adapt to different screening particle sizes, from 5mm fine powder screening to 50mm coarse material screening. The tension installation method can keep the mesh surface flat and avoid material accumulation affecting the screening effect.

The material is 316 stainless steel, the wire diameter is 2.5mm±0.05mm, the mesh opening can be customized from 5mm to 50mm, the finished product width supports 1.5m and 1.8m customization, the single roll length is 50m, the weight per square meter is about 1.4-1.6kg, the breaking tensile strength is not less than 1700N. The surface is matte brushed to improve wear resistance, the mesh hole precision error is ≤±0.5mm, which can meet high-precision screening needs.
