This anti-throw rope mesh is produced in strict accordance with the JT/T 1160-2017 industry standard, woven with 3mm diameter 304 stainless steel wire twisted together. The mesh surface has a stable structure, which can withstand the impact of a 1kg heavy object falling from a height of 10 meters, effectively intercepting debris. Its surface is pickled and passivated, no additional anti-rust maintenance is required, and the service life can reach more than 15 years, far exceeding the 3-5 years of ordinary galvanized wire mesh. The wind load performance can reach 120km/h, which can adapt to the bridge use scenario in strong wind weather. The angle steel bracket installation method is firm and reliable, and can quickly complete large-area paving, adapting to bridge guardrails of different widths.
The material is GB standard 304 stainless steel, the wire diameter is 3.0mm±0.05mm, the standard mesh opening is 100x100mm, the finished product width supports 2m and 2.4m customization, the single roll length is 100m, the weight per square meter is about 2.0-2.2kg, the breaking tensile strength is not less than 2700N, the mesh surface flatness error is ≤±5mm. Different mesh sizes can be customized according to customer needs to adapt to different protection needs, such as 50x50mm mesh for small debris.
