Incorporates multiple material upgrades for high-temperature conditions.Rings and balls undergo special thermal stabilization treatment to reduce changes in hardness and dimensions under sustained heat. The steel-reinforced fluorocarbon rubber(FKM)seals offer better resistance to high temperatures, oils, and chemicals compared to standard NBR rubber, maintaining elasticity and sealing function at higher ambient temperatures. The cage uses martensitic stainless steel to prevent deformation caused by strength loss at high temperatures. The bearing is pre-filled with a high-temperature synthetic hydrocarbon or polyurea-based grease.

A typical model is 6004-2DD.The ring material is bearing steel treated with high-temperature tempering, ensuring relative stability in size and performance within a working temperature range of 150°C to 200°C.The fluorocarbon rubber material in the seals has a continuous operating temperature range from-20°C to+200°C(short-term higher). The cage material is AISI 440C stainless steel. The pre-filled grease typically has a dropping point above 250°C with good oxidation stability at high temperatures. The bearing clearance may be C3 group to allow for thermal expansion.

Suitable for high-temperature locations in or near engine compartments, such as automotive alternator tensioners and idler pulleys, turbocharger coolant pumps, conveyor roller housings in industrial ovens and dryers, and high-temperature damper actuators in HVAC systems. Not intended for extreme temperatures(e.g.,exceeding 250°C)or open flame environments.
