An example model is 608LLU.Rings and balls are made from high-cleanliness bearing steel processed by vacuum degassing,controlling non-metallic inclusions to help improve rolling contact fatigue life.The seal material is nitrile rubber(NBR)with good water and heat resistance,pre-filled with NTN's proprietary quiet grease.The cage material is 30%glass fiber reinforced PPS resin.The internal bearing clearance is specifically adjusted to match the pre-filled grease and seal characteristics,typically supplied as standard clearance.
