This product adopts a plug-in occlusion structure, which does not require on-site welding, greatly shortening the installation cycle and reducing on-site construction noise and pollution. It can be quickly disassembled and reassembled, suitable for modular use requirements. It has hot-dip galvanized long-term anti-corrosion effect, anti-slip toothed design to improve safety, and its load-bearing capacity is equivalent to that of welded steel gratings. Its weight is about 5% lighter than welded gratings, reducing transportation costs, and the grating size can be flexibly adjusted according to needs, suitable for temporary or movable operation scenarios.
The thickness of bearing bars is 3-6mm, the spacing of transverse bars is 50-100mm, the grating unit size can be customized (1000*1000mm / 1200*1200mm), the weight per square meter is 11-22kg, the plug-in gap is ≤0.5mm, complying with GB/T 4085-2005 standard, with fire resistance rating of B1, and can bear uniform load of 20-30kN/m. Only a wrench is needed to complete the installation.
It is suitable for temporary construction operation platforms, modular workshop walkways, sewage tank maintenance passages, outdoor exhibition temporary passages, building facade temporary protective gratings, logistics sorting area movable platforms and other scenarios, especially for load-bearing scenarios that need to be built quickly and reused.
