This product uses Q355 low-alloy steel, whose yield strength is far higher than that of ordinary Q235 carbon steel. The double-layer anti-corrosion process improves weather resistance, and can resist salt spray, acid and alkali and other harsh environments. The anti-slip toothed bearing bar improves walking safety, and the anti-loosening bolt assembly is provided to avoid loosening caused by long-term vibration. It can bear a maximum concentrated load of 80kN/m, and its load-bearing capacity is increased by 150% compared with ordinary steel gratings, reducing later replacement costs.
The thickness of bearing bars is 6-10mm, the spacing of transverse bars is 100mm, the width of the grating is 1200-2000mm, and the length can be customized. The weight per square meter is 25-40kg, with hot-dip galvanized base and polyester powder topcoat, complying with GB/T 4085-2005 standard, with fire resistance rating of B1, and can bear uniform load of 50-80kN/m, suitable for heavy forklift and container truck passage scenarios.
It is suitable for port yard passages, heavy warehouse logistics shelf platforms, airport cargo area walkways, mine operation platforms, bridge maintenance heavy-duty passages and heavy industrial workshop heavy-duty operation platforms, especially for outdoor or industrial scenarios that need to bear heavy loads.
