The treatment capacity of a standard single unit covers a wide range,from tens to hundreds of cubic meters per hour.The filtration rating is determined by the groove width of the discs and can be flexibly selected based on requirements.The operating pressure is typically designed for 0.8 MPa,with options up to 1.6 MPa to meet high-pressure system needs.The control unit usually integrates high-precision differential pressure sensors and a PLC for intelligent management.The housing material is chosen according to the application:UPVC or ABS for most irrigation and water treatment,stainless steel for food or special industrial occasions.The equipment features comprehensive inlet/outlet flange standards for easy integration with existing piping.

Primarily used for source water filtration in large-scale agricultural drip and sprinkler irrigation systems to protect emitters from clogging.In industrial fields,it is used for cooling tower circulating water,seawater desalination pretreatment,municipal water reuse,and advanced filtration of wastewater treatment plant effluent,serving as a pre-barrier to protect pumps,heat exchangers,and membrane systems.It is also commonly used for water purification in aquaculture,car wash water recycling systems,and park landscape water treatment to ensure clear water quality and stable system operation.
