The key features are modular design and maintenance convenience. Four through-rods create a symmetrical body structure, with mounting dimensions conforming to international standards like ISO/NFPA,ensuring high interchangeability. When seals are damaged, they can be replaced on-site without specialized equipment, significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs. The cylinder bore is typically precision honed to an extremely low surface roughness, working with high-quality seals to ensure smooth, low-speed operation without creeping. A wide range of mounting accessories and end options are available.

The standard working pressure is 7-16 MPa. Bore sizes range from 32mm to 200mm,with strokes flexibly customizable. Piston rods can be carbon steel chrome-plated or stainless steel. Various mounting styles are offered, including front flange, rear flange, foot-mounted, and trunnion. Tie-rod threads typically meet Grade 8.8 or higher strength grades. Optional built-in cushions reduce impact and noise at stroke ends.Position sensors can also be integrated.

Suitable for industrial applications sensitive to space, weight, and cost, yet requiring reliable linear motion. In injection molding machines, they are used for ejection and mold clamping assistance. In machine tools, they drive tool feeds or workpiece clamping. In packaging machinery, they perform material pushing and mold opening/closing. In automated production lines, they are used for station transfer and lifting positioning. Due to their quiet, clean operation and ease of integration, they are also common in industries with high environmental requirements like food and pharmaceuticals.
