This blind drain adopts an integrally molded structure with no seams to avoid water leakage, and its 35% porosity ensures rapid drainage. The UV-stabilized material prevents outdoor aging, while the push-fit connection allows installation without additional accessories. Users can optionally add a geotextile filtering layer to block soil particles and reduce the frequency of drainage system maintenance, solving the pain points of traditional open ditches that occupy space and are easily clogged by debris.
Each unit has a length of 1m, with an outer diameter of 80mm, inner diameter of 60mm, and wall thickness of 2mm. The compressive strength reaches 250kPa, and the operating temperature range is from -20℃ to 80℃. The optional geotextile wrapping has a weight of 200g/㎡, and each meter of the drain weighs 1.2kg. It is compatible with a pH range of 4-10 for acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and the connection head fits the same size blind drains, allowing for seamless extension of the drainage system.
It is suitable for municipal road subgrade drainage, underground garage roof drainage in residential communities, landscape micro-topography drainage, football field turf drainage systems, and slope flood control drainage.
