This product adopts an integrally molded perforated structure, avoiding plugging caused by splicing gaps. The short-fiber needle-punched geotextile filter layer has a filtration accuracy of 0.1mm, preventing sediment from entering and blocking the blind drain. It meets the load requirements of heavy-duty roadbeds with its compression strength, and has a service life of over 50 years with no daily maintenance required, reducing long-term operation and maintenance costs. It also has stable chemical properties and will not release harmful substances during long-term buried use.
It has an outer diameter of 100mm, inner diameter of 70mm, perforated diameter of 10mm with spacing of 50mm, standard length of 50m per roll, material thickness of 2.5mm, water permeability of ≥80L/(m·h), compression strength of 300kPa, operating temperature range of -20℃ to 60℃, B1 fire resistance rating, complies with GB/T 17643 standard, and weighs approximately 2.2kg per meter.
It is suitable for subgrade drainage of expressways, seepage drainage of urban underground utility tunnels, landscape drainage of residential communities, auxiliary drainage of farmland water conservancy irrigation, and leachate collection systems in landfills. It can be installed in trenches of various terrains without complex construction equipment, and is widely used in both civil and industrial drainage projects.
