This product adopts a two-layer composite structure, with the HDPE core providing a stable drainage channel and the outer non-woven polypropylene geotextile acting as a filtration layer. The 0.1mm pore size geotextile can filter 98% of soil particles and sediment, effectively avoiding blockage of the drainage core. It has strong acid and alkali resistance, adapting to the pH range of 4 to 10, suitable for most soil and water environments. The compressive strength of 420kPa can withstand the pressure from overlying soil and building loads, ensuring no deformation during use. The installation is convenient, and it can be directly buried in the soil without additional protective layers, reducing construction costs and time.

The core diameter ranges from 80mm to 200mm, with each roll being 30 meters in length. The outer geotextile is made of non-woven polypropylene with a pore size of 0.1mm, and the water filtration efficiency reaches 98%. The product has passed ISO 14001 environmental management system certification and CE certification, meeting the environmental protection and quality standards of the European Union. It has good anti-erosion performance, and will not be damaged by long-term immersion in water or erosion by sediment. The customizable length can meet the drainage needs of different construction scenarios, and it can be cut on site according to the actual construction requirements.

This geotextile wrapped blind drain is widely used in soft soil foundation improvement drainage, slope support drainage, underground pipeline trench drainage, sewage treatment plant anti-seepage drainage system, landscape greening underground seepage drainage, and other scenarios. It can effectively discharge seepage water while filtering sediment, protecting the normal operation of the drainage system and improving the stability of the foundation. It is also suitable for the drainage treatment of garden green spaces and parks to prevent waterlogging and root rot of plants.
