This product solves the pain points of traditional heavy-duty pavement materials, such as single appearance, easy cracking, and high maintenance costs. The high-strength modified PC resin formula and quartz sand aggregate improve the compressive strength to ≥60MPa, which can withstand the rolling of heavy trucks and forklifts. The rough anti-slip surface design enhances the anti-slip performance, ensuring the safety of heavy vehicles driving on the pavement. The realistic stone-like appearance can meet the landscape design requirements of industrial parks, avoiding the monotonous visual effect of traditional concrete pavement. It also has excellent weather resistance, avoiding cracking and peeling under long-term heavy load and outdoor exposure.

The standard size is 500mm x 500mm with a thickness of 100mm, and custom sizes such as 600mm x 600mm are available. The compressive strength reaches ≥60MPa, meeting the load-bearing requirements of heavy trucks and forklifts. The abrasion resistance is ≤0.5g/cm², which can withstand long-term heavy vehicle wear without surface damage. The skid resistance index is ≥0.8 BPN, meeting the anti-slip requirements of heavy vehicle driving. The water absorption rate is ≤3.5%, effectively preventing water seepage and freeze-thaw damage. It is available in dark grey and yellow, with custom color options to meet different site safety warning needs.
This heavy-load paver is mainly applicable to industrial park roads, freight yards, container terminals, factory parking lots, and heavy vehicle traffic areas. It is widely used in industrial park construction, logistics base pavement, and port terminal construction. It can effectively withstand the rolling of heavy trucks and forklifts, reduce ground damage, and extend the service life of the pavement. Its realistic stone-like appearance can also improve the overall landscape effect of the industrial park, creating a more standardized and high-grade site environment. During construction, it can be laid with heavy-duty base materials to ensure the stability of the pavement.
