The matte anti-stick coating on the inner surface prevents the adhesive layer from sticking to the paper tube, reducing waste during tape unwinding and improving the quality of the finished tape roll. It can be reused more than 5 times, reducing the production cost of packaging material manufacturers, and is recyclable, meeting the requirements of green production. The standard inner diameter of 76mm is compatible with most industrial adhesive tape production lines, and the size can be customized according to customer needs.
The product has an optional inner diameter range of 76-150mm, standard length of 400-1200mm, and wall thickness of 2.5-3.5mm. The compressive strength can be adjusted up to 200kPa according to customer needs, and the matte anti-stick coating thickness is 0.05mm, ensuring that the adhesive layer of the tape will not stick to the paper tube. The flatness is ≤0.1mm/m, ensuring that the tape roll is neat and uniform during winding. It meets the national packaging paper testing standards, and the material is non-fluorescent recycled kraft paper, which is harmless to the human body and the environment.
