Compared with traditional plastic packaging tubes, this heavy-duty industrial paper tube has significant environmental advantages, as it is fully biodegradable and does not contain harmful plasticizers or toxic substances. The 3.2mm thick wall and high-density paper structure provide a rated load capacity of up to 250kg, with a burst strength of 320kPa, effectively resisting extrusion and impact during transportation. The IP20 waterproof rating prevents light rain and dust from entering the tube, protecting the surface of precision industrial parts. The hot melt adhesive sealing process ensures good airtightness, and the smooth inner wall will not scratch the surface of packaged goods. Customizable length and diameter can be adjusted according to customer needs, making it suitable for a variety of industrial packaging scenarios.
The product has a standard inner diameter range of 100-500mm, outer diameter of 106.4-506.4mm, and customizable length of 300-2000mm. The wall thickness can be adjusted between 2.5-5mm according to customer load requirements, with a maximum burst strength of 400kPa, complying with ISO 5270 packaging paper testing standards. The inner wall is smooth and free of burrs, avoiding damage to the surface of packaged products. It uses non-fluorescent recycled kraft paper, which meets the requirements of green packaging and does not contain harmful chemical components. The product can be customized with printing patterns and logos according to customer needs, improving brand exposure during transportation.
This product is mainly applicable to the packaging of heavy industrial equipment, steel structure building materials, cable coil materials, pipe fittings and other large goods. It is widely used in logistics and warehousing industries, cross-border sea and land transportation scenarios, and can also be used as a protective sleeve for long rods and pipe products. It can replace traditional wooden boxes and plastic packaging bags, reducing the weight of packaging while improving the protection effect, and meeting the green packaging requirements of modern enterprises.
