The foam plug sealing design provides good dust resistance, and the smooth inner wall will not scratch the surface of precision instruments. It is made of non-toxic and odorless materials, cause pollution to precision instruments, and can be recycled after use.
The product has an optional inner diameter range of 30-150mm, standard length of 200-1500mm, and wall thickness of 3-6mm. The shock absorption efficiency can be adjusted up to 90% according to customer needs, and the EPE pearl cotton lining thickness can be customized from 5mm to 10mm. It meets the ISTA 3A transportation testing standard, and the outer layer can be coated with anti-static coating to prevent static damage to electronic components. The size precision is ±1mm, ensuring that the packaged product fits tightly in the tube, avoiding shaking and displacement during transportation. The product can be customized with printing patterns and anti-static treatment according to customer needs.
