It can choose transparent or black anodized surface to improve the appearance texture of the product, and the coating adhesion meets the ASTM D3359 standard to ensure that the coating will not fall off during use. The base material retains the excellent machinability of 6061-T6, which can be precisely customized in size and surface color, greatly improving the service life and appearance quality of the product.
The diameter range of the aluminum round bar is 6mm to 180mm, and the length can be customized according to customer requirements. The base material density is 2.7g/cm³, with tensile strength up to 310 MPa, and the anodized layer thickness is controlled between 10-50μm. The surface hardness is 300-400 HV, which can resist most daily scratches and corrosion. The packaging uses cartons with foam padding to avoid damage to the anodized layer during transportation.
