The product uses 99.5% high-purity aluminum raw materials, with thermal conductivity up to 229 W/(m·K) and electrical resistivity as low as 2.82 ×10^-8 Ω·m, which is far better than alloy aluminum bars. It undergoes soft annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring no deformation during processing and use. The bright polished surface has good appearance and is not easy to scale, which is suitable for scenarios requiring high surface cleanliness. It supports multiple processing methods such as bending, cutting and welding, and can be customized into various special-shaped parts according to customer needs.

The diameter range of the aluminum round bar is 4mm to 300mm, with standard 6-meter lengths available for custom cutting. The density is 2.70g/cm³, with dimensional tolerance controlled within ±0.08mm in line with ASTM B221 standards. The surface adopts bright polishing treatment to improve surface smoothness and corrosion resistance, and the packaging uses PE film wrapped pallets to avoid surface scratches during transportation. Each batch is accompanied by a material composition test report to ensure the purity of the product meets the standard requirements.
