This product uses 1060 pure aluminum with a purity of ≥99.6%, which offers high thermal conductivity among common aluminum alloys. Compared with other aluminum bars, its thermal conductivity is around 40% higher than that of 6061 aluminum bars, supporting efficient heat transfer and helping lower the operating temperature of electronic equipment. It features good ductility with an elongation rate of up to 20%, allowing it to be conveniently processed into various shaped parts through bending, drawing and other processes. The surface is finely polished with low roughness, helping reduce contact thermal resistance during heat dissipation. It helps improve the heat dissipation performance of traditional copper bars while providing a more cost-effective solution compared with copper materials.
