The scratch hardness can reach 3H, which is far higher than that of ordinary aluminum bars. It provides a variety of custom color options, including silver, black, gold, etc., which can match different decoration and product design styles. The surface has high smoothness, no fingerprint residue, and is easy to clean and maintain. Compared with spraying process, the anodized layer is more firm and not easy to fall off, with a service life of more than 10 years.
The thickness ranges from 2mm to 80mm, and the width ranges from 10mm to 250mm. The standard delivery length is 6 meters, and custom lengths are available according to customer needs. The thickness of the anodized layer can be adjusted from 5μm to 25μm according to requirements. The tensile strength is ≥200MPa, and the elongation is ≥10%. It meets the ASTM B221 and anodizing industry standards, with the dimensional accuracy controlled within ±0.1mm, and the surface is free of bubbles and cracks.
