The core advantages lie in its high electrical conductivity which reduces energy loss during transmission, low density that cuts down overall installation weight and labor costs, and good corrosion resistance that extends service life in outdoor or humid environments. It can be easily cut, bent, and drilled on-site to meet customized installation requirements, solving the pain points of complex on-site processing for traditional rigid busbars. The mill finish surface avoids additional coating costs while maintaining good insulation compatibility with insulating sleeves.

This busbar is made of 1060 industrial pure aluminum with a thickness range of 3 to 20 millimeters, width range of 10 to 200 millimeters, and customizable length up to 6 meters per standard bundle. It has a tensile strength of no less than 90MPa, elongation rate of 20%, and electrical conductivity of 61% IACS, which fully meets the requirements of national power transmission specifications. Each bundle is packed with moisture-proof plastic film and wooden pallets to avoid damage during transportation.
It is mainly applicable to low-voltage distribution cabinets, switchgears, transformer connections, substation grounding systems, and industrial power distribution lines. It is widely used in construction, new energy power stations, and industrial manufacturing workshops, providing reliable electrical conduction solutions for large-scale power distribution projects.
