The core advantages include UV-resistant coating that can withstand long-term exposure to sunlight and harsh outdoor environments, high electrical conductivity that ensures stable grounding performance, and good mechanical strength that can withstand outdoor wind and snow loads. It solves the pain points of poor corrosion resistance of traditional steel grounding components and the high cost of copper grounding materials, providing a cost-effective and durable grounding solution for new energy power stations.

Made of 6061 aluminum alloy, this busbar has a thickness range of 5 to 25 millimeters, width range of 30 to 300 millimeters, and customizable length up to 12 meters per piece. It has a tensile strength of 240MPa, elongation rate of 12%, and grounding conductivity of 55% IACS. The surface is coated with UV-resistant polyester powder to enhance corrosion resistance, and packed in wooden pallets for easy transportation and installation.
It is mainly used for PV power station grounding grids, wind turbine grounding systems, industrial grounding projects, and communication base station grounding protection. It is suitable for new energy power construction enterprises, grounding engineering contractors, and industrial equipment manufacturers, providing reliable grounding solutions for outdoor new energy power generation projects.
