It uses 1050 pure aluminum or 6063 alloy materials, with a thermal conductivity of up to 205 W/(m·K), which is far higher than ordinary plastic heat dissipation materials. The surface is polished to increase the heat dissipation area and heat exchange efficiency. It is light in weight and good in toughness, and can be easily bent and cut into the required shape to adapt to various customized heat dissipation component needs. It has passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification and CE certification, meeting EU environmental protection standards, and can be directly used for heat dissipation pipeline accessories of food-grade refrigeration equipment such as household refrigerators and commercial freezers.

The thickness ranges from 1.5mm to 40mm, and the width ranges from 5mm to 150mm. Custom lengths and shapes are available according to customer needs. The thermal conductivity is ≥205 W/(m·K), and the tensile strength is ≥150MPa (6063 material). The surface is a polished smooth surface, free of burrs and concave-convex defects, and can be directly assembled into the heat dissipation module. It meets the ASTM B247 industry standard, and the dimensional accuracy is controlled within ±0.05mm.
It is mainly used in heat dissipation systems of household refrigerators, commercial freezers, LED lamps, high-power electronic components, and new energy vehicle battery packs. It can be used as heat dissipation fins and conductive connectors, providing efficient heat conduction solutions for various heating equipment, and is suitable for thermal management needs in consumer electronics, refrigeration industry, new energy and other fields.
