Compared with traditional copper bus bars, this 1060 pure aluminum bar only weighs 30% of the same volume copper product, greatly cutting down installation labor costs and structural load. With a conductivity of up to 61% IACS, it ensures efficient power transmission with low heat generation. The mill-bright surface is free of burrs and cracks, enabling quick and easy on-site installation. It has passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification and ROSH environmental protection certification, making it suitable for various harsh industrial power environments, solving the pain points of high cost and heavy weight of traditional copper bus bars.

The thickness ranges from 2mm to 50mm, and the width ranges from 10mm to 200mm. The standard delivery length is 6 meters, and custom lengths are available according to customer needs. The density is 2.71 g/cm³, with a tensile strength of ≥90MPa and elongation of ≥20%. The surface maintains a smooth rolled finish without risk of oxide layer peeling, and it can be directly used for bus connection and electrical wiring. The dimensional accuracy is controlled within ±0.1mm, meeting the installation requirements of most power distribution equipment.
It is mainly used in low-voltage distribution cabinets, enclosed bus ducts, transmission tower accessories, DC power transmission systems and other power industry scenarios. It can also be used as conductive connectors for grounding systems, and is suitable for various power supporting projects such as industrial plants, commercial buildings, and new energy power stations, providing stable and reliable power transmission channels for all kinds of electrical equipment.
