The sand-blasted surface has both beautiful and anti-slip properties, and the 6063 aluminum alloy has good corrosion resistance, which does not require additional maintenance to meet the outdoor use requirements.

The base material is 6063 aluminum alloy, with a thickness range of 1.5mm to 15mm and a width range of 10mm to 200mm. The bending angle can be customized from 0° to 180°, and the bending radius does not exceed 1.5 times the plate thickness. Drilling, tapping and other processing procedures can be added according to needs, and the tolerance is controlled within ±0.1mm. The tensile strength is ≥160MPa, the elongation is ≥12%, and the surface sand-blasted roughness is Ra≤3.2μm. The packaging is wrapped in bubble wrap and then palletized to prevent bending deformation during transportation. A single pallet can carry 500kg of prefabricated components, adapting to standard freight vehicle transportation.
It is mainly used in building curtain wall engineering, photovoltaic bracket installation, industrial pipeline brackets, smart home ceilings, exhibition booth construction and other scenarios.
