The core advantage is its ultra-high strength-to-weight ratio. The strength is 70% of that of the same volume of steel, but the weight is only 1/3. After T6 solution aging heat treatment, the hardness and tensile properties are greatly improved. It has good welding, bending and drilling processing properties, and can customize various special-shaped structural parts according to customer needs. It solves the pain points of heavy traditional steel structures and difficult processing. At the same time, the original frosted surface does not need additional coating to meet the corrosion resistance requirements for outdoor use, extending the service life of the product.
The alloy grade conforms to ASTM B221 standard 6061-T6, with a thickness range of 2.0mm to 25mm and a width range of 15mm to 250mm. The standard length is 6 meters per piece, and custom lengths are available. The tensile strength is ≥240MPa, the yield strength is ≥215MPa, the elongation is ≥10%, and the hardness is ≥95HB. The density is 2.7g/cm³. There are no obvious scratches or oxide spots on the surface. The packaging is sealed with solid wood wooden boxes to prevent deformation and damage during transportation. The weight of a single box does not exceed 800kg.
It is mainly used in industrial machinery structure manufacturing, automation equipment frames, aerospace parts, ship parts, outdoor advertising brackets and other scenarios. It can also be used to make various tooling fixtures and mold parts, adapting to structural support and parts processing needs of multiple industries such as intelligent manufacturing, heavy machinery and rail transit.
