Adopting 6061-T6 heat treatment process, the tensile strength of this product is as high as 260MPa, which is 15% higher than ordinary 6061 aluminum bars, with excellent load-bearing capacity for heavy-duty industrial scenarios. The hot rolling forming process ensures uniform internal grain structure and excellent fatigue resistance, which can withstand long-term heavy load working conditions. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, with weather resistance that can be used outdoors for more than 5 years without rusting. It solves the industry pain points of heavy weight and easy rust of steel structural parts, and can be assembled by bolt connection without additional welding, reducing construction difficulty and cycle.
The thickness ranges from 5mm to 50mm, the width ranges from 20mm to 300mm, the length can be custom cut up to 12000mm, and the maximum weight of a single bar is 50kg. The tensile strength is ≥240MPa, the yield strength is ≥140MPa, the elongation is ≥10%, the hardness is ≥15HB, and the surface spray plastic film thickness is 50~80μm. It meets ISO 11930-2019 standard, with salt spray corrosion resistance of ≥500 hours, and can be custom processed with drilling and milling according to customer needs.
It is mainly used as structural support parts for industrial mechanical equipment, rail base materials for automated production lines, outdoor billboard skeletons, interior structures of camping RVs, and borders of air cargo pallets. It can replace traditional steel structural parts, greatly reducing the overall weight of equipment and improving transportation and installation efficiency. It is widely used in industrial manufacturing, logistics and outdoor advertising industries.
