It solves the pain points of low efficiency and high labor cost of batch sample testing in agricultural production. It adopts multi-channel parallel automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen determination technology, which can process 8-16 agricultural samples at the same time, and is equipped with a customized agricultural sample tray, adapting to the pre-treatment needs of various agricultural samples such as fertilizer particles and feed powder. The device is equipped with an automatic sample recognition system, which can automatically record sample numbers and test data, generate standardized quality inspection reports, and be compatible with the ERP management system of agricultural enterprises. At the same time, it adopts a low-energy heating module, saving 30% of power consumption compared with traditional nitrogen analyzers, reducing production quality inspection costs.

It uses a universal power supply of AC220V 50/60Hz, the host dimensions are 500×800×900mm, and the total weight of the main unit is 70kg. It can process 8-16 samples in parallel at a single time, with a nitrogen detection limit of 0.08mg N, a repeatability error of ≤±0.6%, and a single sample testing time of 7-10 minutes. It is equipped with a 7-inch touch operation interface, supports preset agricultural-specific testing templates, has a data storage capacity of ≥5000 sets, passes ISO 9001 and CE certifications, complies with NY/T 1274-2007 fertilizer testing standards, and is compatible with batch sample digestion equipment and automatic sampling devices.

It is suitable for batch quality inspection of nitrogen content in factory products of compound fertilizer production enterprises, nitrogen content quality control of raw materials and finished products in feed processing plants, batch detection of soil and agricultural products in agricultural cooperatives, and product quality spot checks of agricultural resource dealers. Typical usage scenarios include online quality inspection on the compound fertilizer production line, batch detection of feed raw materials before entering the pasture, and rapid verification of protein content in agricultural product purchasing stations.
