It is equipped with RS485 and Ethernet dual communication interfaces, which can be seamlessly connected to the factory SCADA monitoring system to realize centralized management and analysis of insulation data. It adopts industrial dust-proof and water-proof design with a protection rating of IP54, which can adapt to complex outdoor environments such as outdoor substations, and has a stable service life of more than 5 years.

The overall size is 320mm×240mm×120mm, with wall-mounted installation design, adapting to standard 86-type junction boxes. The test voltage covers 1kV AC to 35kV AC, and the insulation resistance measurement range is 1MΩ~1000GΩ. It supports real-time online monitoring data storage, with a maximum storage capacity of 100000 groups of historical data, which can be exported as Excel format reports. The operating power is AC220V 50Hz, with an operating temperature range of -20℃ to 60℃ and relative humidity of 20%~90% (no condensation), and has passed CE certification and ISO9001 quality management system certification. It is equipped with power-off data protection function, and test data will not be lost after power failure.
