Adopting argon arc welding technology, the welding spots are firm without virtual welding, and the mesh surface is flat and free of deformation. The 304 stainless steel material can withstand harsh outdoor environments such as sea breeze and acid rain, requiring no frequent maintenance. Its Class A fire rating meets strict site safety specifications, and it will not release toxic and harmful substances under high temperature. It can be cut and customized according to construction needs, adapting to different specifications of scaffolding and construction platforms, solving the pain points of poor durability and easy aging of traditional nylon fall protection nets, and having better rust resistance compared with galvanized steel fall protection nets.

Standard panel size is 1m x 2m per panel, which can be customized up to 5m x 10m. Optional wire diameter ranges from 2.0mm to 3.0mm, and mesh aperture ranges from 8cm x8cm to 15cm x15cm. The maximum static load is 1200kg to 2000kg per panel. Made of 304 stainless steel wire, with brushed or mirror polished surface treatment, the weight per square meter is 1.2kg to 1.8kg. Installation accessories include stainless steel hooks and expansion bolts. The storage temperature ranges from -20℃ to 60℃, and it complies with CE EN 1263-1 and OSHA 1910.66 standards.
It is applicable to high-altitude operation scenarios such as exterior wall construction of civil high-rise residences, curtain wall installation of commercial office buildings, bridge steel structure maintenance, and power tower maintenance. It is suitable for industries such as construction sites, municipal engineering, and shipbuilding, and can be temporarily installed on the outside of construction scaffolding and the edge of operation platforms, effectively blocking falling materials and tools, while not obstructing the sight and ventilation needs of construction personnel, meeting the safety protection specifications of various construction sites.
