The 4mm thick stainless steel wire has ultra-high tensile strength, which can withstand a static load of 3000kg at a time, meeting the safety requirements of heavy industrial operations. The double surface treatment of hot-dip galvanizing and polishing further improves rust and corrosion resistance, which can be used for a long time in extreme temperature and high-pollution industrial environments. There is no need to apply anti-rust paint regularly, reducing long-term maintenance costs compared with ordinary steel protective nets, solving the pain points of easy rust and frequent replacement of protective facilities in industrial scenarios.

Standard panel size is 2m x 3m, which can be customized up to 10m x 10m. Optional wire diameter ranges from 3.5mm to 5.0mm, and mesh aperture ranges from 12cm x12cm to 20cm x20cm. The maximum static load is 2500kg to 3500kg per panel. Made of 316 stainless steel wire with reinforced edges, with hot dip galvanized and mirror polished surface treatment, the weight per square meter is 2.5kg to 3.8kg. Included accessories include heavy-duty steel mounting brackets and bolts. The salt spray resistance exceeds 1500 hours, and it complies with OSHA 1910.23 and EN 1499 standards.
It is applicable to shipbuilding and maintenance, large steel structure workshop construction, wind turbine installation, port crane maintenance, bridge steel structure maintenance and other heavy industrial high-altitude operation scenarios.
