The unique selling point of this perforated sheet is its TA2 pure titanium alloy construction, which provides exceptional corrosion resistance that far surpasses stainless steel—able to withstand immersion in 10% sulfuric acid at 60℃ for over 1000 hours without visible corrosion, addressing the critical pain point of equipment failure in chemical processing environments. Its 3.0mm thickness and oval hole design ensure high structural stability, with a compressive strength of ≥450MPa, allowing it to withstand high pressure in reactor vessels or offshore wind turbine foundations. The pickling passivation treatment removes surface contaminants and creates a protective oxide layer, further enhancing its corrosion resistance and reducing maintenance costs. Additionally, it can operate in temperatures ranging from -50℃ to 400℃, making it suitable for both cryogenic storage and high-temperature chemical reactions. Its lightweight nature compared to nickel alloys reduces structural load in marine and aerospace applications, lowering installation and transportation costs.

Constructed from 3.0mm thick TA2 pure titanium alloy, this perforated sheet offers for extreme environments. Its standard dimensions are 1220mm (width) * 2440mm (length), with custom sizes available to fit specialized equipment. The oval holes have a length of 8mm and width of 4mm, spaced 15mm apart center-to-center, resulting in a 12.5% open area that balances fluid flow and structural integrity. The pickling passivation treatment creates a surface roughness of Ra≤1.6μm, which prevents chemical residue buildup and simplifies cleaning. It resists corrosion from virtually all organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, and salts, except for concentrated hydrofluoric acid and hot concentrated sulfuric acid. It has a tensile strength of ≥440MPa and yield strength of ≥370MPa, resisting deformation under high pressure or temperature fluctuations. All products undergo strict corrosion testing in acid and alkaline solutions to ensure compliance with ASTM B265 standards.

This titanium alloy perforated sheet is primarily used in the chemical processing industry, where it serves as a filtration screen in acid and alkaline solution reactors, separating solid catalysts from liquid products. In marine engineering, it is used in offshore platform ventilation systems and seawater desalination plants, where it resists corrosion from saltwater and harsh marine atmospheres. In nuclear power plants, it functions as a heat exchange panel, withstanding high temperatures and radiation exposure while maintaining structural integrity. It also finds applications in pharmaceutical manufacturing, where it is used for filtering corrosive chemical raw materials and sterile production environments. Additionally, it is used in aerospace for satellite and rocket component ventilation, as its lightweight and corrosion-resistant properties meet strict aerospace standards. For desalination plants, it is an essential component in reverse osmosis pre-filtration systems, ensuring long service life in saltwater environments without frequent replacements.
