The dual automatic locking system locks the gliding trolley to the track both before and during gliding, eliminating the risk of derailment caused by sudden speed changes. The pneumatic deceleration system adjusts the buffering force according to the passenger’s weight, ensuring a smooth stop even at maximum speed. Equipped with a real-time monitoring system, it tracks the gliding process in real time, and the automatic rescue vehicle can reach the fault point within 2 minutes. Its Grade 10 wind resistance allows normal operation in strong wind conditions, expanding the operational time of the facility. The lightweight aerodynamic gliding trolley reduces air resistance, further enhancing the gliding speed and experience.

The track uses a 22mm diameter imported high-strength carbon steel cable with a corrosion resistance rating of C5-M, suitable for coastal and high-humidity mountain environments. The gliding trolley weighs 8kg, made of aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, with a streamlined design to reduce air resistance. The dual automatic locking system has a response time of less than 0.1 seconds, ensuring instant locking in case of emergencies. The pneumatic buffering system has a buffering distance of 3.5m, with a maximum deceleration of 1.0g, meeting the safety requirements for extreme sports. The track supports a maximum span of 400m and a maximum height difference of 120m. The real-time monitoring system includes high-definition cameras and speed sensors, transmitting data to the control room in real time. The entire system has an IPX5 waterproof rating, allowing operation in heavy rain.
