The fireproof explosion-proof mechanical lock uses high-temperature resistant alloy materials, which can maintain normal unlocking function at 1000℃ high temperature, ensuring safe evacuation in fire emergencies. The door frame is sealed with fireproof expansion sealant, which expands 5-10 times when heated, filling the gap between the door and frame to prevent smoke infiltration.

Standard door leaf dimensions: 900mm (width) * 2100mm (height) * 90mm (thickness); frame dimensions: 960mm (width) * 2150mm (height) * 110mm (thickness), made of 2.5mm cold-rolled steel. The fireproof magnesium oxide board filling has a density of 800kg/m³, with a thermal conductivity of ≤0.2W/(m·K). The fireproof explosion-proof lock uses a C-class anti-pry lock core, which can resist 180 minutes of technical unlocking attempts. The door is equipped with fireproof hinges made of stainless steel, which can withstand 1000℃ high temperature without deformation. The sound insulation coefficient is ≥40dB, reducing noise interference in industrial and commercial environments. The surface adopts high-temperature resistant electrostatic spraying, which can resist 600℃ high temperature without peeling off. The overall weight of the door is 150kg, ensuring structural stability in strong wind environments.
