The panel material is 3003 H24 aluminum alloy, with a 2.0mm face sheet and 1.0mm back sheet, the honeycomb core can be selected from aluminum honeycomb and paper honeycomb, the total thickness can be selected from 30mm, 40mm, 50mm and 60mm. The standard finished size is 1220mm×2440mm, and the maximum customizable size is 2000mm×6000mm. The surface treatment can be PVDF fluorocarbon coating or wood grain transfer, the fire resistance grade meets Class A standard of GB 8624-2012, the bending strength is ≥200MPa, the sound insulation performance is 40-45dB, the waterproof grade reaches IPX6, the installation adopts aluminum alloy hanger and galvanized steel keel system, and the overall flatness error is ≤1mm/m.
