The thickness of PVDF fluorocarbon coating is ≥40μm, which passes 1000-hour salt spray test and 5000-hour artificial accelerated aging test, and its weather resistance far exceeds that of ordinary polyester coating products. The dry hanging installation system is adopted, with reserved sealant grooves and drain holes design, which effectively solves the problem of exterior wall water seepage, and is convenient for later maintenance and replacement of single plate. Compared with stone curtain wall, the weight of aluminum veneer is only 1/10 of that of stone, which greatly reduces the load of the main building structure, reduces construction costs and safety risks, and meets the energy saving and consumption reduction requirements of green buildings.

The aluminum alloy grade is 3003 H24, the plate thickness can be selected from 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm, the standard finished size is 1220mm×2440mm, and the maximum customizable size is 1500mm×4000mm. The surface coating adopts fluorocarbon resin (PVDF) three-coating and two-baking process, and the coating thickness reaches 40μm±5μm. Any RAL color card color can be customized for the color. The fire resistance grade meets the Class A standard of GB 8624-2012, the sound insulation performance is 29dB, the waterproof grade reaches IPX6, the installation adopts a supporting system of aluminum alloy hangers and galvanized steel keels, the bending accuracy of the plate is controlled within ±0.5mm, and the surface flatness error is ≤0.8mm/m.
