The perforation rate can be adjusted from 20% to 50%, the hole diameter can be selected from 3mm to 10mm, and the hole shape can be customized into round, square, special-shaped and other styles. The surface coating adopts PVDF fluorocarbon resin three-coating and two-baking process, the coating thickness is 40μm±5μm, the fire resistance grade meets Class A standard of GB 8624-2012, the waterproof grade reaches IPX6, the installation adopts aluminum alloy hanger and galvanized steel keel system, and the punching precision is controlled within ±0.3mm.
