This product uses gypsum facing, which is seamlessly bonded with prefabricated concrete wall panels, avoiding the need for secondary insulation construction on-site. The graphite polystyrene particles improve the thermal insulation performance, reducing building heating and cooling energy consumption by up to 25%. The low formaldehyde emission of no more than 0.05mg/m³ meets the E0 environmental protection standards, improving the indoor air quality of prefabricated buildings. It is compatible with the modular building system, and can be installed together with prefabricated wall panels during factory processing, improving construction efficiency.
The board is matched with prefabricated wall panels, with a standard size of 1200mm×2400mm, and optional thicknesses of 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm and 100mm. The density is 160 kg/m³, and the thermal conductivity is 0.033 W/(m·K) at 25℃. It has passed the B1 fire resistance test, with a bonding strength of no less than 0.25 MPa and a water absorption rate of no more than 0.8%. Each pallet contains about 100 square meters of boards wrapped in plastic film, complying with ASTM C1658 industry standards.
