This product features uniformly distributed graphite polystyrene particles, which optimize the thermal insulation performance and reduce heat transfer efficiency. The cementitious mortar facing enhances the board's weather resistance and prevents surface peeling during installation. Compared with traditional EPS insulation boards, it has higher fire safety and lower water absorption rate, avoiding the risk of thermal performance degradation caused by water infiltration. It is compatible with dry hanging and adhesive installation methods, reducing construction time and labor costs, and meets LEED green building certification requirements.
The standard size of the board is 1200mm×600mm, with optional thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm and 150mm. The density is 180 kg/m³, and the thermal conductivity is 0.032 W/(m·K) at 25℃. It has passed the A1 fire resistance test, with a bonding strength of no less than 0.3 MPa and a water absorption rate of no more than 0.5%. The sound insulation performance reaches 38 dB, and each pallet contains about 80 square meters of boards wrapped in waterproof plastic film, complying with ASTM C1289 industry standards.
This product is mainly used for external wall thermal insulation of high-rise residential buildings, commercial office buildings, schools, hospitals and other public construction projects.
