This product uses fiberglass mesh facing to enhance the structural strength of the board, making it suitable for heavy load inverted roofing systems. The inverted installation method avoids the insulation board being soaked by rainwater, solving the problem of thermal performance degradation caused by water absorption. The graphite polystyrene particles improve the thermal insulation performance, and the UV-resistant formula ensures that the board will not powder or crack after long-term exposure to sunlight. It has a high compressive strength of no less than 0.5 MPa and a load bearing capacity of 150kg/m², meeting the construction requirements of light and heavy roofing systems.

The standard size is 1200mm×600mm, with optional thicknesses of 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm and 200mm. The density is 200 kg/m³, and the thermal conductivity is 0.031 W/(m·K) at 25℃. It has passed the A1 fire resistance test, with a compressive strength of no less than 0.5 MPa and a water absorption rate of no more than 0.3%. Each pallet contains about 60 square meters of boards wrapped in waterproof shrink film, complying with NRCA roofing industry standards.
This product is mainly used for thermal insulation of commercial flat roofs, green roofs, garage roofs and other inverted roofing systems. It can effectively reduce the heating and cooling energy consumption of buildings, prevent roof condensation and leakage, and improve the overall service life of the roofing system. It is suitable for new construction and renovation of roofing insulation projects, and meets the energy-saving requirements of North American roofing codes.
