The built-in polystyrene insulation core has a thermal conductivity as low as 0.032W/(m·K), which can effectively block heat transfer between indoor and outdoor. The surface mineral protective layer is equipped with IPX6 water resistance and wind pressure resistance, adapting to exterior wall use in different climate zones. The modular dry hanging installation method eliminates on-site wet work, with fast installation speed. At the same time, it retains the breathability of rammed earth materials, which can adjust the internal humidity of the building and avoid wall condensation. It has Class A fire rating, meeting the fire safety requirements of building exterior walls.
The standard size is 1200mm×2400mm, with three thickness options of 30mm, 40mm and 50mm available. The overall density is 2100kg/m³, the water absorption rate is ≤6%, the frost resistance rating reaches F150, and it can withstand temperature changes from -15℃ to 70℃. The surface has anti-ultraviolet aging performance, the service life is ≥25 years, and it complies with national green building material standards.
It is suitable for exterior envelope of low-rise residences, homestay clusters, green office buildings and passive house projects, and can also be used for exterior wall renovation of existing buildings. While improving the aesthetic appearance of the building, it reduces building operation energy consumption, adapting to building needs in temperate, cold and other climate zones.
