This product solves the pain points of traditional rammed earth materials such as poor outdoor weather resistance, easy fading and cracking. By adding anti-aging additives and waterproof treatment, it has good UV resistance, waterproof performance and freeze-thaw resistance, which can maintain good performance in outdoor environments for a long time. The dry hanging installation method is compatible, which is convenient for on-site construction and reduces the construction difficulty. The anti-fouling surface treatment makes it easy to clean and maintain, and reduces later maintenance costs.
The thickness can be selected as 18mm and 20mm, with standard dimensions of 2400mm×1200mm. The UV resistance reaches Grade 8, with no fading within 5 years, the waterproof performance reaches IPX5 grade, and it can withstand more than 50 freeze-thaw cycles without cracking. The compressive strength is ≥22MPa, the flexural strength is ≥4.5MPa, the fire resistance grade reaches Class A non-combustible level, and the surface is treated with anti-fouling matte finish. The surface color has grey, brown and dark beige options, and it is compatible with dry hanging installation systems.
It is suitable for outdoor landscape walls, villa courtyard walls, park rest area retaining walls, and commercial street exterior wall decoration.
