This product combines the natural texture of rammed earth with efficient thermal insulation performance, solving the pain point that traditional rammed earth materials cannot meet the building energy saving requirements. The integrated design eliminates the need for additional thermal insulation layer construction, reducing on-site workload and construction cycle. The Class A fire resistance rating ensures high safety performance, and the low water absorption rate effectively avoids the problem of freezing and cracking in cold seasons. It also has good sound insulation performance, reducing outdoor noise transmission to indoor spaces.

The overall thickness can be selected as 50mm and 70mm, with the insulation core thickness of 20mm and 30mm correspondingly. The standard size is 2400mm×1200mm, the thermal conductivity is ≤0.032 W/(m·K), the compressive strength is ≥18MPa, the water absorption rate is ≤2.5%, the fire resistance grade reaches Class A non-combustible level, the formaldehyde emission meets E0 standards, and the surface color is available in neutral earth tone series such as beige and grey. Custom sizes and colors are supported.
