The surface is sealed and protected, and daily cleaning only requires a wet cloth. Compared with traditional cast-in-place rammed earth, this panel can realize standardized mass production, and the installation efficiency is increased by more than 60%. At the same time, it retains the breathability of rammed earth materials, which can adjust indoor humidity and create a healthy and comfortable indoor microenvironment. It has Class A fire rating, meeting the fire safety requirements of public spaces.
The standard panel size is 1220mm×2440mm, and three thickness options of 12mm, 15mm and 18mm are supported for customization. The density is 1800 kg/m³, the water absorption rate is ≤8%, the dry shrinkage rate is ≤0.15%, the surface VOC emission complies with EU CE standards, and a variety of natural color options are available, adapting to different styles of space design.
It is mainly used for homestay guest room walls, coffee shop leisure areas, high-end residence living room background walls, sales office negotiation areas and other indoor decoration scenarios, and can also be used for the decoration of small outdoor landscape walls, matching wood and soft decoration elements to create a simple and natural wabi-sabi style and rural style space atmosphere.
