This product uses PVDF fluorocarbon coating with a thickness of not less than 40μm, which has excellent anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging and anti-fading properties, ensuring that the appearance remains intact for more than 15 years. The hidden frame installation design reduces the exposure of connectors, improving the overall aesthetic effect of the building. It supports customized color matching, which can adapt to different architectural design styles. Compared with traditional ceramic tile and stone exterior walls, it has lighter weight, lower construction cost and safer installation, effectively solving the problems of high construction risk and high later maintenance cost of heavy exterior wall materials.
The base material adopts 3003/5052 aluminum alloy with a tensile strength of not less than 150MPa. The standard plate size is 1220mm*2440mm, and custom size processing is supported. The thickness can be selected from 2.0mm to 3.0mm according to project needs. The surface coating adopts high-grade PVDF fluorocarbon coating, and the coating thickness is strictly controlled between 40μm and 60μm. The matching accessories include special keel, sealed glue and fixing parts, which meet the national building curtain wall installation standards. The product has passed the national Class A fire resistance certification and meets the environmental protection requirements of indoor decoration materials.
