This product has passed the ASTM E84 Class A fire resistance certification, contains no asbestos and other harmful substances, and meets the EU CE environmental protection standards. It is easy to install and can be cut to fit special-shaped scenes. The surface has high flatness and can be directly painted. It has excellent crack resistance and a service life of more than 20 years. Compared with traditional gypsum boards, it has higher moisture resistance and high temperature resistance, effectively solving the fire safety hazards of ceilings in public buildings. It also has good sound insulation performance, which can reduce the spread of indoor noise and improve the acoustic environment of the space.
The standard size of this product is 1220mm × 2440mm, with optional thicknesses of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. The density is between 800-1000 kg/m³, the compressive strength is not less than 15 MPa, and the flexural strength is not less than 6 MPa. The thermal conductivity is 0.21 W/(m·K), and the water absorption rate is ≤10%. It has passed the ASTM E84 Class A fire rating, and meets ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and CE environmental protection certifications. It is compatible with all mainstream T-bar ceiling keel installation systems, and can be customized according to customer special size requirements.
It is suitable for ceiling decoration of commercial office buildings, school classrooms, hospital diagnosis and treatment areas, shopping mall public areas, subway station platforms and other public places. It can be directly sprayed with latex paint or pasted with decorative films to achieve diverse appearance effects, meeting the decoration needs of different architectural styles.
