Adopts microporous foaming technology, forming a large number of closed air holes inside to effectively reduce heat transfer efficiency. The surface is laminated with aluminum foil to further improve reflective thermal insulation performance. It has a 3-hour fire rating meeting ASTM standards, E0-level environmental protection without harmful volatile substances. It is lightweight and high-strength, and can be installed by bonding or keel fixing, solving the pain points of flammable and moisture-sensitive traditional thermal insulation materials, and also serving as a structural support without additional load-bearing panels.
Available thicknesses include 15mm, 20mm and 25mm, standard size is 1200mm × 2400mm. The density is 650kg/m³, thermal conductivity is ≤0.032 W/(m·K), flexural strength is ≥8 MPa, moisture content is ≤7%, fire rating reaches Grade A, formaldehyde emission is ≤0.05mg/m³. It complies with ASTM C1288 and ISO 14001 certification standards. Each bundle contains 5 sheets, wrapped in waterproof stretch film for transportation and storage protection.
It is applicable to the wall and ceiling insulation of cold chain storage, enclosure insulation of chemical workshops, pipe insulation systems of cold storage, wall insulation of low-temperature laboratories, and backplate insulation of solar photovoltaic power stations. It provides efficient thermal insulation and fire protection for industrial places, reducing energy loss and meeting the standards of green industrial buildings.
