Adopts CNC precise perforation process, with perforation rate controllable in the range of 8%-15%. Matched with optional glass wool backplate, the sound absorption coefficient can reach above 0.75, effectively reducing indoor echo and noise transmission. It has a 4-hour fire rating meeting ASTM standards, E1-level environmental protection emission, and the surface is treated with electrostatic spray to improve dirt resistance and aesthetics. It can be installed easily with conventional acoustic keel systems, solving the problems of insufficient strength and easy moisture deformation of traditional sound-absorbing panels.

Available perforation hole diameters include 3mm and 4mm, perforation rates are 8%, 12% and 15% optional, thicknesses are 15mm and 18mm, standard size is 1220mm × 2440mm. The density is 750kg/m³, flexural strength is ≥10 MPa, sound absorption coefficient αW=0.72@500Hz, 0.78@2000Hz, moisture content is ≤7%, formaldehyde emission is ≤0.124mg/m³. It complies with ASTM C423 and ASTM C1288 certification standards. Each bundle contains 4 sheets, packed in dust-proof packaging.
