Adopts two-way polypropylene fiber reinforced structure to improve flexural strength and water penetration resistance. After 24-hour immersion test, there is no obvious deformation. The surface is covered with a special waterproof acrylic coating to effectively block water vapor from invading the internal structure. It has E0-level environmental protection standards without formaldehyde, and can be installed easily with keel systems suitable for humid environments, solving the problems of easy mold and deformation of traditional gypsum boards in kitchen and bathroom environments.
Available thicknesses include 12mm and 15mm, with a standard size of 1220mm × 2440mm. The density is 900kg/m³, flexural strength is ≥18 MPa, the flexural strength retention rate is ≥90% after 24h immersion, moisture content is ≤6%, waterproof rating reaches IPX7 level, formaldehyde emission is ≤0.05mg/m³. It complies with ASTM C1288 and ISO 9001 certification standards. Each bundle contains 6 sheets, packed in waterproof wooden pallets.
It is applicable to the ceiling and partition walls of home kitchens and bathrooms, bathroom walls of commercial hotels, fire partitions of underground parking lots, enclosure systems of swimming pools, and can also be used as outdoor sunshade panels in humid areas. It has good mold and antibacterial performance, providing a safe and durable building solution for high-humidity spaces.
