Adopts nano-scale calcareous filling modification technology to improve flexural strength and moisture resistance, with a 4-hour fire rating meeting ASTM C1288 standards. It has E0-level formaldehyde emission, and the surface is pre-coated with primer for subsequent painting conveniently. It can be sawn, drilled, and installed easily with conventional light steel keel systems, solving the problems of easy cracking and insufficient fire resistance of traditional boards after installation.
Available thicknesses include 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, and 18mm, with a standard size of 1220mm (width) × 2440mm (length). The density is 800kg/m³, thermal conductivity is 0.038 W/(m·K), flexural strength is ≥12 MPa, impact strength is ≥3.5kJ/m², moisture content is ≤8%, formaldehyde emission is ≤0.05mg/m³. It complies with ASTM C1288 and GREENGUARD certification standards. Each bundle contains 8 sheets, wrapped in waterproof PE film for protection during transportation and storage.
It is applicable to the ceiling and partition walls of commercial office buildings, clean partitions in hospital operating rooms, ceiling systems of school classrooms, public area partitions in shopping malls, and can also be used as fire protection enclosure panels for equipment rooms. It has good sound insulation auxiliary performance, meeting the fire protection and structural requirements of different building scenarios.
