This thermal insulation composite calcium silicate board addresses the critical need for combined thermal insulation and fire protection in modern building envelopes. Its core advantage lies in the dual-function design: the calcium silicate panels provide A1 non-combustible fire protection, while the rock wool or foam glass core provides excellent thermal insulation with a thermal conductivity of ≤0.035 W/(m·K), significantly reducing heat transfer through the building envelope. This reduces the energy required for heating and cooling, lowering long-term utility costs for building owners. The composite structure is lightweight yet strong, providing excellent structural stability for exterior wall and roof applications. The E0 environmental rating ensures no harmful emissions, making it safe for both construction workers and building occupants. Additionally, it is easy to install, reducing on-site construction time and labor costs compared to traditional multi-layer insulation systems.

This thermal insulation composite calcium silicate board comes in a standard dimension of 1200mm × 2400mm, with total thickness options of 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm. The calcium silicate panels on both sides have a thickness of 5mm or 8mm, depending on the total thickness requirement, with a core insulation material of either rock wool or foam glass. The thermal conductivity is ≤0.035 W/(m·K), meeting the strictest energy conservation standards for building envelopes. The fire rating is A1 Class Non-combustible, providing reliable fire protection for the entire building exterior. The water absorption rate is ≤6%, ensuring good resistance to moisture and rain penetration for exterior applications. The tensile strength reaches ≥0.9 MPa, ensuring stable performance under wind loads and temperature changes. Each square meter of the 20mm thick board weighs approximately 14.8-17.8 kg.

This thermal insulation composite calcium silicate board is primarily designed for exterior wall and roof insulation applications in commercial and residential buildings. It is ideal for green building projects and energy-efficient retrofits, where reducing energy consumption and meeting strict fire safety standards are mandatory. It works well for low-rise residential buildings, high-rise commercial offices, and industrial plants, providing both thermal insulation and fire protection for the building envelope. It can also be used for interior partition insulation in cold storage facilities and temperature-controlled warehouses, where consistent temperature control is critical. It is not recommended for interior ceiling applications without additional waterproof coating, but performs excellently in exterior and semi-exterior insulation applications.
